Any refund from The Outsourcing System will be governed by the refund policy stated below:

The Outsourcing System aims to be honest and faithful to its clients and believes in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal refund policy.

We guarantee that our virtual assistants will be prompt, professional, and deliver on-time service and will pay attention to the details for your business or we’ll replace them at no additional charge. We are dedicated to client satisfaction and we have a 7-day money back guarantee on any UNUSED hours. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel within the first 7 days of the first month and we will refund the unused proportion of your fees in full. You agree that there will be no refund on non-usage of plan hours or if you choose not to use plan hours after 7 days. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

You may be subject to credit card transaction charges and fluctuations in exchange rate on such refunds, due to the payment gateway and the intermediary banks involved or responsible for the transaction. We cannot predict what the charges could be, as we have no control over it. Timelines for receipt of funds into your credit card account may also vary according to the types of the cards/ banks. Our duty is to act on issuing money back where agreed upon after resolution of the case, within three business days.
